Lara Sif Hrafnkelsdottir

Lara Sif Hrafnkelsdóttir is a global investment leader and advisor with over 20 years of experience in private equity, private credit, banking, and corporate finance. A former New York, Wall Street executive, she held senior roles at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and was a long-standing Partner at Laurus/Valens Funds, where she helped launch and manage seven SEC-registered private funds.She is the Founder and Managing Partner of Vikingur Advisory Ltd (ADGM), advising SMEs, corporates, governments, private funds, and family offices across the UAE and the wider MENA region on investment strategy, governance, restructuring, and growth.Lara serves on multiple boards and committees and is an alumna of Harvard Business School, NYU Stern, HKUST, and the University of Iceland, and is passionate about sustainable development, emerging markets, and innovation.

Joshua Wexler

Entertainment Expert

Joshua Wexler is a producer, visionary, and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience pioneering transmedia storytelling across film, television, animation, immersive media, and location-based entertainment. He has created and produced content for some of the world’s most iconic franchises, including Star Wars, Spider-Man, LEGO, The Avengers, Star Trek, Aliens, Batman, Shrek, NASCAR, Mortal Kombat, and The Justice League. Wexler helped build Mortal Kombat into a $5 billion global franchise and created and produced the first LEGO feature-length film, The Adventures of Clutch Powers, helping launch the modern wave of LEGO-based media.In 2012, Wexler founded Pure Imagination, a Los Angeles–based, full-service entertainment company focused on next-generation storytelling across feature films, television, animation, theme parks, and immersive experiences. The company has been at the forefront of real-time production, stereoscopic imagery, and virtual and mixed reality, working with partners including DreamWorks, Disney, FOX, Warner Bros., Universal, Marvel, Sony, and The LEGO Group. Pure Imagination operates globally with teams in Los Angeles, India, London, and Australia, and a new state-of-the-art facility in Kansas.Wexler holds a B.A. in Film from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts.

Ahmet Kağan Yıldırım

Ahmet Kağan Yıldırım, who graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Political Science and Public Administration in 1996, started his business life as a Management Trainee at Finansbank in 1996. Between 2000 and 2002, he worked as Corporate Banking Customer Relations Manager at HSBC Bank A.Ş.He joined the Citi Group in 2002 and worked in different positions in Corporate and Investment Banking in Turkey and the Middle East for 10 years. He served as Deputy General Manager of International Banking at The Commercial Bank of Qatar (P.S.Q.C) between 2012 and 2014. He joined AlternatifBank in January 2015 as Deputy General Manager of Corporate Banking, and served as Deputy General Manager responsible for AlternatifBank Business Lines between May 2016 and March 2018. He has been serving as the founder of EMCAP Danışmanlık Ticaret ve Yatırım A.Ş. since July 2018.
